Your complex, exquisite human instrument is continually playing – and, just like an instrument, it naturally falls out of tune.

Through breath, movement, visualization, mantra, relaxation, and the intelligence of nature, this class supports you in tuning your human system.

As a series, it becomes a masterclass in frequency.

By working with rates of repetition (how often something happens) and quality of vibration (tone, feeling), you learn what frequency means by doing it – understanding it from inside your personal experience.

With a tuned instrument the cacophony of life becomes a symphony.

You find yourself in the right places at the right times, delighted by meaningful coincidences.

There are more instances of flow, where self-consciousness dissolves and you engage with life from your ideal edge, not too boring, not too overwhelming – just right.

This class is also an invitation to connect in community. When we breathe and chant together, our systems entrain and the effects are amplified.

Held on a beautiful private farm in Darnestown, MD, we practice inside a beautifully restored bank barn. This class is open to all, no experience necessary.

Led by Lindsay Karson, this practice is rooted in kundalini yoga and enhanced by practices she has found effective in her 18 years as a spiritual teacher. Lindsay is a 500-hour certified instructor in this tradition. As a highly sensitive person, frequency and energetic attunement have been teaching her since childhood.

Pre-registration is required. This class is non-refundable. Refunds will only be offered if the class is cancelled.
